Congratulations to O.H. Anderson (OHA) Elementary School fourth-grade student Gavin Gibbons on receiving the SMART Cookie Award!
OHA fourth-grade teacher Libby Mattson nominated Gavin for the award, recognizing Gavin’s academic achievements, and shared this: “Gavin has gone above and beyond in his academics this year. He takes assignments and is able to make strong connections to the world around him. When doing writing assignments, he often writes more than the necessary requirements and uses deep thinking to write well thought out responses. Gavin works really hard at making sure he gets his work done. He also shows his classmates how to get work done when they are struggling.”
