Did you know Wildwood Elementary School is collecting book donations?
Wildwood Elementary School students and staff are collecting new books for students in need. Between now and November 30, Wildwood is collecting new children's and young adult books. These books will be added to the donations for our gift assistance program through the Zephyr Service Project.
Some of our first-grade students recently worked with our Mahtomedi High School (MHS) DECA students (business class and club) to make posters encouraging their peers to bring in new books for the Zephyr Service Project. The students made posters, chatted with the MHS students about helping others, and then walked around the school and put up the posters. Click here to see photos from the event.
We have over 50 students who have already applied for gift assistance, and your book donations will help Mahtomedi families in need. Book donations can be sent to Wildwood and dropped off at the main office.
